Why this matters?
To locate and verify your IQ Institute subscription, Support needs to know which email Apple Pay used during your purchase.
Steps:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap “Wallet & Apple Pay.”
Scroll down in Settings and open Wallet & Apple Pay.
Under “Transaction Defaults,” tap Email.
In Wallet & Apple Pay, scroll down to the Transaction Defaults area and open the Email section.
Review the email addresses listed.
You’ll see all email addresses associated with Apple Pay on this device. Any of these may have been used at checkout. The one with a checkmark is your current default.
Send these details to Support.
A screenshot of the email list is required so support can confirm ownership of the account.
Tips & Troubleshooting
Don’t see Wallet & Apple Pay? Use the search bar at the top of Settings and type “Wallet.”
If you used Apple’s Hide My Email:
This feature is available if you have an iCloud+ subscription. Apple generates a random email address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com or @icloud.com) that forwards to your real inbox. Here’s how to check:Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your name at the very top to open your Apple ID.
Go to iCloud.
Tap Hide My Email (only visible if you are subscribed to iCloud+).
Select the entry for IQ Institute. You’ll see two pieces of information:
Hide My Email → the random Apple-generated email.
Forward To → your real email (e.g., Gmail).
This hidden email is likely the one stored in our system. Please share a screenshot like the example below (with your real email visible), so we can confirm your account:
Check the iPhone you actually used to make the purchase, since different devices may have different Apple ID emails set.
