How do I request a copy of my personal data from IQ Institute?

How to Request a Data Access Report

  3. Complete the required fields and submit your request using the same email address you use for your IQ Institute account.
  4. After you submit the form:
    • You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email titled 
      “IQ Institute: Your Request to Access Your Personal Data Has Been Received”
    • Follow the instructions in that email to verify your identity. You’ll be asked to reply with:
      • A government-issued photo ID (you may redact unrelated details).
      • Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months).
    • Once verified, our team will process your request and share your data securely through a private download link.
